Waterford Foot Clinic Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness to all our patients and to allow us to offer available appointments to those on our waiting list, we kindly ask you to observe the following policy:

1. Notice Period

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

  • If you fail to attend your appointment without notice (“Did Not Attend” / DNA), you may be charged the full appointment fee.

3. Repeat Cancellations

  • Patients with repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.

  • Persistent missed appointments may result in being discharged from the practice.

4. Emergencies

  • We understand that emergencies can happen. If you miss an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis.

6. Deposits (if applicable)

  • For certain treatments, a booking deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
