Our Feet

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐭 are remarkable biomechanical structures responsible for transporting our entire body weight 8,000-10,000 steps per day. Significant misalignment or an unusual gait pattern can lead to 𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐞, 𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧.

When you walk, your whole foot is never flat on the ground. A normal gait starts with your heel making contact with the ground first and your weight distributing to the outside of the foot before shifting to midline and then the inside, ending with a push-off at the big toe.
