How to prepare for your appointment

1. Please remove toenail varnish/shellac/gel before your appointment.
2. If you are taking any medication, please bring the list with you.
3. Be as punctual as possible, however, do not arrive more than ten minutes before your appointment as we are trying to adhere to health and safety guidelines.
4. If you are interested in a particular treatment, it can be helpful to mention this when booking so you can be allocated enough time for this treatment.
5. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled.

If you cannot make your appointment, please give us 24hrs notice to effectively accommodate all our clients. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before you can reschedule your appointment.
