𝟏. Make sure to break in any new shoes or sandals before wearing them full time.
𝟐. Do not break any blisters, keep them clean and and covered.
𝟑. Don’t forget to pack plasters, antiseptic cream and a moisturiser for your feet.
𝟒. Staying hydrated will minimise swelling from the heat.
𝟓. Your feet can get sunburnt too, remember to apply sunscreen at the start of the day.
𝟔. Upon returning from a holiday, if you have any concerns (like splinters, cracked/bleeding heels), consult your chiropodist and podiatrist.
