𝟏. 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – high glucose levels damage your blood vessels leading to poor blood supply particularly in your legs and feet.
