𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐲:

– Putting your feet up when you are sitting.

– Not crossing your legs or ankles.

– Protecting your feet from extreme heat or cold.

– Wiggling your toes and moving your ankles up and down two to three times a day.

– Take short walks.
